16-1-405. Use of license tax proceeds. The license tax moneys when so apportioned shall be deposited to the credit of the general funds of said incorporated cities, towns, and counties and shall be expended by said incorporated cities, towns, and counties for law enforcement and the regulation and control of the sale of alcoholic beverages and the use thereof.
