17-2-111. Survey of state special revenue accounts -- report. Each biennium, the department shall conduct a survey of all state special revenue accounts not exempt under 17-1-505 and coordinate with the legislative finance committee to provide information necessary to complete the review required by 17-1-505. The department shall provide the survey information to the legislative finance committee not later than February 1 of the year preceding a regular session of the legislature.
