17-6-511. Legislative oversight. The department shall report to the revenue oversight committee annually on the performance of the job investment program. The report to the committee must include:
     (1) a summary of all loans made during the year;
     (2) an analysis of job creation goals and performance;
     (3) a summary of loan terms and conditions;
     (4) a summary of funds leveraged with job investment loans; and
     (5) an analysis of the job investment portfolio performance including calculations for returns on investments.
