19-50-206. Functions of advisory council. (1) The department shall meet and consult with the advisory council before negotiating, contracting, or modifying deferred compensation plans.
     (2) The advisory council shall meet at least quarterly to review existing deferred compensation plans and to advise the department on the administration of the program.
