20-7-512. Standards for motorcycle safety training. The superintendent of public instruction shall establish minimum motorcycle safety training standards, including instruction, courses, and instructor certification for conducting training authorized by 20-7-513. The standards must be based upon national standards promulgated by the motorcycle safety foundation or a similar organization recognized by the superintendent.
