     32-8-101. Short title and scope. (1) This chapter may be cited as the "Montana Foreign Capital Depository Act".
     (2) Parts 1 through 5 of this chapter set forth the terms and conditions under which a foreign or domestic financial institution may do business in Montana as a state-chartered foreign capital depository.
