33-17-505. Qualification -- fee. (1) In order to determine the competency of an applicant for a consultant license, the commissioner shall require the applicant to pass an examination.
(2) The fee for taking the consultant license examination is $50. The commissioner shall deposit all fees collected in the general fund. The fee for taking a second or subsequent examination may be no more than the cost of administering the examination, not to exceed $50.
