33-31-115. Applicability to managed care community networks. A managed care community network, as defined in 53-6-702, is governed by the provisions of Title 53, chapter 6, part 7, and by this chapter, but the commissioner may by rule reduce or eliminate a requirement of this chapter if the requirement is demonstrated to be unnecessary for the operation of a managed care community network.
