35-2-1003. Fees for filing, copying, and services. (1) The secretary of state shall establish by rule fees for filing documents and issuing certificates as required by this chapter.
(2) The secretary of state shall by rule establish fees for copying documents, priority handling, transmitting, or filing facsimile copies and for providing computer-generated information.
(3) The fees presented under this section must be reasonably related to the costs of processing the documents and preparing and providing the services. The secretary of state shall maintain records sufficient to support the fees established under this section.
