37-15-306. Issuance of license. (1) The board shall grant a license to each person who meets the requirements for licensure as prescribed in this chapter, and the department shall issue the license.
     (2) The license shall include the dates of issuance and expiration and shall bear a serial number.
     (3) The license shall be signed by the secretary of the board under the seal of the board.
