37-16-413. Penalty for unlawful practice -- injunction. (1) Any person who practices the selling, fitting, or dispensing of hearing aids without a valid license shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction be fined not more than $500 or be imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both.
     (2) The board may enforce any provision of this chapter by injunction or by any other appropriate proceeding.
