37-23-203. Issuance, effective date, and display of license. (1) If an applicant meets the requirements contained in 37-23-202 and has paid the appropriate fees, the board shall issue a license to the applicant attesting to the date and fact of licensure. The license is effective on the date of issuance and must be renewed as provided in 37-23-205.
     (2) The license must be displayed in the registrant's place of business or employment.
