37-24-201. Organization -- general rulemaking power -- quorum. (1) The board of occupational therapy practice shall meet annually and elect a chairman and a secretary from its members. The board shall hold other meetings when necessary to transact its business.
     (2) The board may adopt rules for the conduct of its affairs and the administration of this chapter. Rules adopted by the board may include such rules as are reasonable or necessary for the proper performance of its duties and the regulation of proceedings before it.
     (3) Three board members constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
