37-30-201. Organization -- seal -- records -- deposit of money. (1) The board shall elect a president, secretary, and treasurer. It shall adopt a seal for the authentication of its orders and records.
     (2) The department shall keep a record of proceedings of the board. Money collected by the department shall be deposited in the state special revenue fund for the use of the board, subject to 37-1-101(6).
