37-40-305. Deposit of fees. The board shall adopt a schedule of nonrefundable fees to be charged by the department and to be paid into the state special revenue fund for the use of the board. The fees charged must be reasonably related to the cost incurred in regulating the practice of the profession of sanitarian.
