 
     37-67-204.  Record of proceedings -- register of applicants. (1) The department shall keep a record of its proceedings and a register of the board's proceedings.
     (2)  The department shall keep a register of applicants for registration, which shall show:
     (a)  the name, age, and residence of each applicant;
     (b)  the date of the application;
     (c)  the place of business of the applicant;
     (d)  his educational and other qualifications;
     (e)  the branch or branches of engineering in which the applicant qualified;
     (f)  whether an examination was required;
     (g)  whether the applicant was rejected;
     (h)  whether a certificate of registration was granted;
     (i)  the date of the action of the board; and
     (j)  other information considered necessary by the board.
     (3)  The records of the department are prima facie evidence of the proceedings of the board, and a transcript thereof, certified by the department, is admissible in evidence as if the original were produced.
