39-71-306. Insurers to file summary reports of benefits paid for injuries and statements of medical expenditures. Every insurer shall, on or before the 15th day after each state government fiscal quarter, file with the department:
(1) summary reports of benefits for all compensation payments made during the previous state fiscal quarter to injured workers or their beneficiaries or dependents; and
(2) statements showing the amounts expended during the previous state fiscal quarter for all medical services for injured workers.
