46-18-245. Supervision of payment. The court may order a probation officer, restitution officer, or other designated person to supervise the making of restitution and to report to the court any default in payment. If the victim has received compensation under Title 53, chapter 9, the court may also order an employee of the board of crime control to supervise the making of restitution and to report to the court any default in payment.
