5-14-101. Appointment and composition. The administrative code committee consists of four members of the senate and four members of the house of representatives appointed before the 60th legislative day of the regular session in the same manner as standing committees of the respective houses are appointed. No more than two of the appointees of each house may be members of the same political party.
