     5-17-301. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
     (1) "Committee" means the Pearl Harbor memorial committee established in 5-17-302.
     (2) "Memorial" means the state Pearl Harbor memorial to commemorate survivors of the December 7, 1941, attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
