5-19-102. Committee on Indian affairs -- appointment and composition. (1) There is a committee on Indian affairs.
     (2) The committee consists of four members of the senate, appointed by the committee on committees on a bipartisan basis, and four members of the house of representatives, appointed by the speaker of the house on a bipartisan basis.
     (3) Appointments must be made before final adjournment of a regular session.
