53-2-1106. Private industry councils. (1) There is a private industry council in each service delivery area of the state. Each council must be established as required in section 102 of the Job Training Partnership Act (29 U.S.C. 1512).
     (2) Each private industry council shall carry out the duties and responsibilities provided in 53-2-1107 and section 103 of the Job Training Partnership Act (29 U.S.C. 1513).
