53-21-213. Joint review and inspection. Each state agency shall, if possible and practical, participate in joint review and inspection of community mental health centers. All joint announced onsite review and inspection activities of state agencies must be coordinated by function so that similar review and inspection activities of each state agency are conducted at one time.
