61-11-103. Violation of conservation speed limit -- no record permitted. No violation of 61-8-304 shall be recorded or charged against the driver's record of a person convicted of violating 61-8-304, and no insurance company shall hold a violation of 61-8-304 against the insured, and there shall be no increase in premiums due to a violation of 61-8-304.
