61-3-455. Violation a misdemeanor. A person who violates 61-3-452 or 61-3-453 or who knowingly and wrongfully attempts to secure license plates under 61-3-332 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less than $100 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both.
