7-14-2718. Local improvement district contracts to be executed by board of county commissioners. The contract shall be executed in the name and on behalf of the county by the board and attested with the county seal for the use and benefit of the local improvement district. The county shall not be subject to any claim or liability in an amount greater than that agreed upon with the district in the order fixing the amount chargeable to the county.
