7-21-3432. Effect of failure of county commissioners to meet or take action. If the county commissioners fail to hold the joint meeting or fail to take any action, then the budget certified by the secretary of the fair district shall be approved without further action and the sums of money apportioned to the county shall be the sums to be raised by special levy for this purpose.
