7-22-2222. Mill levy authorized. To administer and implement a rodent abatement program, the governing body may levy a tax, not to exceed 2 mills, on the taxable value of the horticultural, farming, grazing, forest, and railroad lands within the district. The proceeds of the levy are to be placed in the district fund.
