7-22-2231. Enlargement of district. A district may be enlarged upon presentation of a petition signed by at least 51% of the owners of the land in the area proposed to be annexed to the district. The provisions of 7-22-2211 through 7-22-2214 apply to the annexation petition, with the term "district" in those sections taken to mean the area proposed to be added.
