7-3-4341. General provisions relating to elections. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this part and part 44, all elections shall be conducted as provided in Title 13.
     (2) Elected officials provided for in this part and part 44 shall be nominated and elected under the provisions of Title 13, chapter 14, part 1.
