7-34-2136. Approval required to impose special additional mill levy. (1) A majority of the votes cast shall be necessary to permit the additional levy provided for in 7-34-2134, which shall be collected in the same manner as other hospital district taxes.
     (2) If the calculated percentage of qualified electors voting in the election is less than 30%, the additional levy shall be deemed to have been rejected.
