7-34-2162. Hearing on petition for dissolution -- notice. Upon the filing of such petition, the board of county commissioners shall set a time for hearing the same and shall cause notice thereof to be posted in at least three separate public places within said district for at least 2 weeks prior to the hearing. The notice shall also be published as provided in 7-1-2121.
