7-6-4134. Capital improvement program fund. An amount not to exceed 10% of the money received from an all-purpose levy provided for in 7-6-4452 may be placed in a separate fund, known as the capital improvement program fund, to be earmarked for the replacement, improvement, and acquisition of property, facilities, or equipment, provided that a capital improvement program has been formally adopted by resolution of the city or town governing body.
