72-16-207. Forms and blanks -- department to furnish. The department of revenue shall prescribe such forms and prepare such blanks as may be necessary in inheritance tax proceedings, and such blanks shall be printed at the expense of the state and furnished to each district court or the clerk thereof upon the request of the judge or clerk thereof.
