72-16-413. Compensation and expenses of appraiser and witnesses. Every appraiser shall be paid on the certificate of the district court at the rate of not to exceed $10 per day for every day actually and necessarily employed in such appraisal and shall receive his actual and necessary traveling expenses, and witnesses shall be allowed the same fees as are allowed witnesses in civil actions in courts of record and the same shall be paid by the executor, administrator, or trustee of such estate in the same manner as provided for the payment of other administration expenses.
