75-10-622. CERCLA match debt service fund. (1) There is a CERCLA match debt service fund within the debt service fund type established in 17-2-102.
     (2) The state pledges, allocates, and directs to be credited to the CERCLA match debt service fund as received an amount necessary to satisfy principal and interest payments due on outstanding CERCLA bonds.
