76-13-501. Definitions. Unless the context requires otherwise, in this part, the following definitions apply:
     (1) "Department" means the department of natural resources and conservation provided for in Title 2, chapter 15, part 33.
     (2) "Portable sawmill" means a sawmill located upon forest land within the state and having a rated capacity of less than 5,000 feet per hour of operation.
