76-13-505. Revocation of license. Whenever it appears that there is a violation of any law of the state enacted for the protection of forest and forest lands in connection with the operation of a portable sawmill or in the protection of the lands from which the timber sawed or to be sawed at a mill is cut, the department may revoke the license and thereby suspend the operation of a sawmill until the conditions constituting a violation of law are remedied and removed.
