80-7-1103. Purchase and sale of vertebrate pest management supplies. In addition to the expenditures authorized in 80-7-1102, the department may purchase vertebrate pest management supplies, including baits, for the use of cooperating governmental agencies, counties, associations, corporations, or individuals in the management of vertebrate pests and to make these supplies and baits available to the cooperators at approximate cost.
