85-2-241. Water right adjudication account. There is established a water right adjudication account in the state special revenue fund of the state treasury. All fees collected under this section and 85-2-232 shall be deposited in the account to pay the expenses incurred by the state for administering this part, part 7, and Title 3, chapter 7.
