85-2-516. Well logs. Within 60 days after any well is completed, the driller shall file with the department a well log report on a form provided by the department at its offices and at the offices of the county clerk and recorders. The department may return the report for refiling if it is incomplete or incorrect. The department shall provide a copy of the complete and correct well log to the Montana bureau of mines and geology.
