     87-4-805. Restrictions on menagerie permits -- offspring state property. A menagerie permit cannot be construed as a commercial game propagating permit, and the holder of such permit must not under any circumstances sell or attempt to sell any of the original game birds or game animals or the progeny thereof. A game propagating permit is required to propagate and sell game birds and game animals for commercial purposes. A fur-farming permit is required to propagate and sell fur-bearing animals. All offspring of game animals, game birds, or fur-bearing animals are the property of the state wherein the menagerie is located and must be disposed of by the state.
