     90-3-202. (Temporary) Meetings. The board shall meet quarterly and at other times to be determined by the chairman or a majority of the board, subject to the availability of funds. (Repealed effective July 1, 1999--secs. 13, 16(1), Ch. 549, L. 1997.)
