     90-6-105. Meetings and acts of the board. (1) All meetings of the board are open to the public.
     (2) All official acts of the board shall be in a regular or special meeting and by a majority of the board.
     (3) All rules adopted by the board shall be in accordance with the Montana Administrative Procedure Act.
