90-8-106. Fees. The department may charge fees commensurate with costs for the administration of this chapter. Fees for the administration of this chapter must be assessed to each qualified Montana capital company in a ratio proportionate to the tax credits allocated to the capital company divided by the total tax credits allocated to all qualified Montana capital companies.
