15-31-603. List of corporations furnished by secretary of state. The secretary of state shall direct a list of all corporations, foreign and domestic, subject to the terms of Title 35, chapter 1, to the department of revenue. The list shall include the following information:
     (1) the name of the corporation;
     (2) the principal office of the corporation;
     (3) the name and address of the registered agent of the corporation in Montana; and
     (4) such other information as the director of the department of revenue may require.
