     16-6-209. Inferences of fact from evidence found. Upon the hearing of any charge of selling or purchasing an alcoholic beverage or of unlawfully having or keeping an alcoholic beverage contrary to any of the provisions of this code, the court trying the case shall have the right to draw inferences of fact from the kind and quantity of alcoholic beverage found in the possession of the person accused or in any building, premises, vehicle, motorcar, automobile, vessel, boat, canoe, conveyance, or place occupied or controlled by him and from the frequency with which the alcoholic beverage is received thereat or therein or is removed therefrom and from the circumstances under which it is kept or dealt with.
