2-15-1804. Proprietary postsecondary educational advisory council. (1) There is created a proprietary postsecondary educational advisory council.
     (2) The council is composed of five members appointed by the governor and two ex officio members. Two members shall represent the Montana proprietary school association, one member shall represent the advisory council for vocational education, one member shall represent the Montana personnel and guidance association, and one member from the public at large who has no connection with education. The ex officio members shall be the superintendent of public instruction and the commissioner of higher education.
     (3) Members of the council shall serve for 5 years.
