23-1-130. Designation of certain parks as priorities for protection, preservation, and restoration. The legislature determines that the state parks assets at Chief Plenty Coups state park and Pictograph Cave state park are assets that are most at risk and vulnerable and that those assets must receive immediate priority for preservation and funding.
