23-2-617. Duplicate decal. In the event any decal indicating that the fee in lieu of property tax has been paid on a snowmobile for the current year is lost, mutilated, or becomes illegible, the person to whom the same was issued shall immediately make application for and may obtain a duplicate thereof, upon payment of a fee of $1 to the county treasurer.
